The recirculation vessel structure was experiencing with large amplitude at the operating frequency. Customer approached CM Techno to understand the root cause of this adverse effect.

Solution

After due observation from the physical model, we at CM Techno approached the issue to understand the resonance effect and induced vibration of the assembly through natural frequency & spectral analysis.
Solution proposed after the simulation by separating the vibration source with the main structure
