Case study
Robust mechanism was developed to transfer the material to loading chamber and then to the heating chamber in the X & Z axis movement and finally to the quenching chamber.
Suitable material & geometry was arrived initially through classical method and optimized through FE analysis to meet the design / product requirement. Smooth and unhindered movement was achieved by careful adjustment of clearance through the entire operating temperature range.
