Case study

Air entry and exit port optimisation through sizing and orientation, filter stacking arrangement and blower capacity was arrived through CFD studies.

The volumetric flow, velocity and pressure gradient of air entry and exit at every filtering stage by minimizing eddies due to geometrical shape was taken up.

Blower capacity, geometrical shape and filter positions were optimized to achieve higher efficiency.
