Thermal Analysis of Electronic systems:

Electronics industry requires control of heat generated to maintain optimal performance by effectively dissipating the heat. At CM techno, we support such requirements through thermal analysis to meet the thermal limits.

Thermal analysis gives results of melting point, melting range and melting behavior and also used to determine the heat of fusion, the glass transition and oxidation stability at PCB board level as well as at system level.

Electromagnetic analysis:

  • 3D modeling of complete scenario which consists of positioning of sensor models in fluid medium where fluid flow rates can be varied
  • Determination of generated induced EMF from the sensors and its variation within a given speed range
Scope:

  • Maximum and minimum values of induced EMF on the sensors for the provided velocity range
  • Analysis of the magnetic field density of the electromagnet in and around
  • Selection of the best position for sensing electrodes so as to induce maximum EMF at the electrodes
  • Frequency sweep of input excitation signal to the sensor for analysis of effect of frequency on induced EMF
  • Excitation voltage sweep for best possible output induced EMF
  • Animation of the output of magnetic flux
